First off i want to start off by thanking everyone for the appreciation on the previous post about the cheese burgers. I want to post videos along with the recipe but unfortunately i do not have a stand to shoot the videos right now. I cant go out and get 1 due to lockdown but i will try to purchase 1 via online shopping soon.
You can scoop out the dough into pieces and freeze them upto 1 month. Just take them out and bake when ever you want some. The fresh cookies are the easiest thing to bake when it comes to desserts. Hope that you like the recipe and you can always check with me if you have any questions on Facebook or Instagram.
I was thinking what to make next and then i saw a reminder about some amazing cookies that i baked when i had a lot of free time on my hand. Fortunately we are back in those days. Everyone who has a sweet tooth loves chocochip cookies and they are so bloody easy to make, they also take the least amount of time to cook among most desserts.
The preparation takes about 10 minutes and another 12 minutes for baking them. You might have most of these ingredients with you at your house and you will need a few more to fulfill this recipe.
Ingredents:
One and quarter cup brown sugar
One cup white sugar
One cup butter(Melted)
Two cups All Purpose Flour
One tsp Salt
One tsp Baking Soda
One tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocochips or choco chunks(Its upto you)
Procedure:
- Pre hear the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit or 180 degree Celsius.
- Take a large bowl and add in the Brown sugar, white sugar and the melted butter, whisk well enough to combine the melted butter with the Sugar combination.
- Add the eggs along with the vanilla extract and whisk to combine with the wet mixture.
- Now you have to put the rest of the dry ingredients through a sieve in the mixture, i.e. Flour, Salt & Baking soda.
- Use a spatula instead of a whisk inorder to fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add in the the chocolate of your preference into the dough and the cookie dough is ready.
- Put a baking sheet on the baking tray and scoop out your cookie dough from the bowl and place them at some distance from each other because they will combine while baking.
- Bake for about 12 to 13 minutes and take the tray out and rest for about 10 to 15 minutes. This resting time helps the sugars to re-crystallize and keep the cookie intact when you hold it in your hand.
